The Client, a Software Product Development Company in the US, decides to build an online training system for their existing Project management Application. The help system was designed to be web based to compliment the project management software. Nathan Ark's experience in the field of Help Systems helped us design and develop a completely scalable help System for the product.

This help system covered all the topics ranging from description of the product to installation and troubleshooting. The scalability issue was resolved by having the system ready for changes to fit the future releases and enhancements made to the product thereby doing away with the need of developing a new help system every time a newer version of the project management software was released. The system also maintains a track of the various user activities like last login time, scores achieved, last visited screens.
