The existing site needed to be internationalized to accommodate up to 20 languages and pre-localized with 7 languages. The existing payment gateway, transaction processing systems, and customer relationship applications also needed to be reengineered to accommodate the level of business that the company had grown into.

This help system covered all the topics ranging from description of the product to installation and troubleshooting. The scalability issue was resolved by having the system ready for changes to fit the future releases and enhancements made to the product thereby doing away with the need of developing a new help system every time a newer version of the project management software was released. The system also maintains a track of the various user activities like last login time, scores achieved, last visited screens.
