Job Description

A Recruiter is responsible to meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

  • Responsible for handling End to End Recruitment.
  • Sourcing profiles through job portals and interview scheduling, follow-up, and coordination.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
  • Perform reference checks as needed.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, and Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the target is achieved every month.
  • Graduate or PGDM in Human Resource.
  • Ready to work on targets.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
